How to support a neck injury while laying down? - ...neck injury

A little over a year ago I was in a car accident. My throat is acting again, and none of the 4 pillows I'm not good. (pronounced waves, such as ergonomic foam, feathers, medium / polyester average of the entire enterprise of polyester and soft feather pillows) and I try to think that the idea of how to support my neck, without a pillow. All options are there?

Ask a physiotherapist or chiropractor. Must be able to this cushion of support that are best for you to evaluate. Orthopedic pillows, I found it very comfortable and supportive for me, but you should get a good rating, it should first determine what is most advantageous. Good luck:)

The only kind of pillow, which I have found is a buckwheat hull pillow. Mine is "U". It matches my neck better than anyone.
