Contractors Professional Liability Professional Liability Question?

Professional Liability Question? - contractors professional liability

I have two hair colorists contracting work in my class. They are, as mentioned above, no employees, but contractors do not have professional liability policy. Currently, there are signs that they say are entrepreneurs. Should I? And while they self-insure, I am still subject to the risk of losses due to my job?

Do you have a poster does nothing to free him from responsibility. Contractors may be independent, but work is in its place of business. If something happens, there is not a lawyer on the planet who is not your company does not include as a defendant. Therefore, you must keep your contract, including the (economic) policy of professional indemnity insurance.

~ ~ To my knowledge there is no state law that says you have nothing to send. But the best way to consult their board to their own state.

It is easy to keep track of all and sundry. For this reason, he would always carry their own liability insurance. ~ ~

I would not worry. They are not employees.

They seem to have everything under control, but ask your insurance agent if they have questions. Be sure to have their own trade, as well.
